VCD Easy Software and Que Firewire CD Recorder

Hello All

I don't know where this post should be in...so I decide to post here. Mod please move this post if it doesn't belong in here.

I have a Que FireWire CD recorder, and it it is recognized by Nero software. However, it is not recognized under VCDEasy software.

Please show me how to troubleshoot this problem
