maestro-compatible software dvd-player?

Hi,
I`ve heard that you can use the preview in maestro either with an decoder or with a compatible software dvd-player.
Since I have no decoder-card I`d like to use the second method.
Can someone of you guys say my a player which fits here?

You'll get the preview feature if you install the Cinemaster 2000 player, or just the codec associated with it ;)
