I have created some movies with Gordian Knot and on the start of the movie, I can hear a little noise. So, I have tried to use an external tool to convert my AC3 audio to MP3. I have used BeSweet. The MP3 plays good, no noise, but when I merge my AVI with that MP3 audio, the noise appears again. Why that?

how are you merging? Nandub?

If it's just noise at the beginning, you could the BeSweet plugin: Fade-in. Of course the best solution would be to find the source of the noise, please post a logfile for the BeSweet conversion.

The problem is not with BeSweet. I have used Azid and Lame to create my MP3 file. On winamp the audio is normal, but after merge my AVI with the MP3 on nandub or virtual dub, the little noise appears on the start of the movie.
This is not a BeSweet problem or fade in.

You mean a little bang or something like that on the start?
This happens to me sometimes, don't know why. Just ignore it (this doesn't happen with every AVI you make, does it?).

Sometimes there is a bang at the end. Sometimes the audio doesn't play at all because the bitrate is too high, etc

This noise only appears after merge the movie and the audio on Nandub or Virtual Dub. The original mp3 file is normal, but when you merge audio and video to create a full AVI file, the little audio noise appears at the start of the movie. Why?
