Works in winDVD 4.0 but not stand alone

I used infoedit to split jurassic park. Disk one has all the extras on it. It works very well. Disk 2 has the rest of the movie plus all the vts's except number 3 which is just the extras. I had to copy over the ifo and bup to get the imagetools to work, but I couldn't copy over the vobs because they are to large. The disk works fine from the harddrive in info edit. After burning it works fine in winDVD, however it won't work in 2 different standalones. I tried 2 burns now. Neither works. Sony gives my a "dirty disk" error. Do I need fake vobs? What might be the problem?

For a DVD to play on a Sony DVD player you must burn it as a DVD video. I use Nero 5.9.9.9 and have had no problems.
