Not sure if this is the right forum. Working on stand by me. Towards the beginning there is an instance where one scene fades out and another fades in. For a few frames both scenes overlap and the video quality goes down markedly. Somewhere between dvd2avi and maestro, something does not like it. The frames on original are there, but my dvd player seems to make the transition better. I have the bit rate maxed in cce and the q factor is about 7. Is there someway to fix this, like cutting out the frames or something else? All suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
