Where download nvidia wdm 1.17 capture driver

I have a huge white block capturing VHS to my Pc using a Geforce4MyVivo.
I have read in this forum that 1.17 wdm driver solve this problem.
But I can't fiond these driver.

I have read that they where include in 40.41 dtonator driver(I know that this version is buggy but I have tried).And it didn't change anything.

Can anyone could help me entering the world of capture please?

Thank you I found it..
But , I found an other topic where it says that only 1.08 solve the white box problem.
I have tried and that's right, I haven't any block on the picture.

I have tried with further version like 1.17 and there is a white box in this version.

So I stay with 1.08.
