Question on ReMPEG2

When encoding a movie how can I determine whether I should use "Match Source" or "Progressive Only"?

If you intend to remultiplex the output, always choose "match source".

when I have to remux I use maestroDVD to author the resulting m2v and ac3 files. I have tried to use ifoedit .6 but can't seem to get the process down pat. So anyways, do I match source still? I do now but have had a couple of problems with playback on my ps2 with this method.
