Help re-programing Video_ts

I've recently split a disc into two with the latest ifo-edit.My problem is the dvd won't play unless I add Vob 02_xx which is over 2.4 gb of extras.I can only add this to the second disc as the first doesn't have enough room.I tried changing the first play but it's still looking for the deleted files afterwards.I was thinking of running another Ifoedit with create new video-ts option on the first disc but there must be an easier way of editing the commands in video_ts.
