Illegal navigation after remux??

for some reason after re muxing a new m2v file, when I play the dvd in ifoedit it plays the warnings which are contained in title set 4 then when it comes to playing the menue in title set 1 it brings up an illegal navigation warning. I have tryed using the old title set 01 ifo files and they work fine but obviously the chapters dont match up so im a bit stuck. I have tryed using an older version of ifo edit but still te same problems.

any help would be appreciated.
