Primo DVD 2.0 is quite an old program. It works fine on my A03 but it was out long befor your A04. Prazzi has been taken over by Veritas and I believe that if you go on the Veritas Web Site - you can download a patch to make it recognise your newer drive.
Happy Ripping.

Hi everybody.
I'm back.

Well dinogucci your problem it's comun in some systems.
Tell me what board do you have ? Are you using a external IDE card or a RAID system ?
I think that your problem is something around this, try to use the primary our secondary IDE channel on your board for recorder or recorders, if you have a external IDE card just put HDD there.
Off course that jmonfm is right you should update prassi engine if using A04/104
