Hi,
I have ripped an NTSC 29.97fps movie and am encoding it so it will fit onto a DVD-R. When encoding using CCE, the output is jerky when any sudden movement occurs in the movie. I got the same problem in TMPGEnc. When I forced the I Frames in TMPGEnc the output was fine. I want to use CCE and was wondering if there is any way to force the I frames in CCE or any procedure that will do it.
Thanks
