I am trying to backup Amadeus, which comes in a double sided, single layer DVD. Is there a method, using Ifoedit, to combine both video_ts.ifo files into a single video_ts.file that could manage all the .vob files in the DVD???

To do the above, do I use the Merge Menu Table Options in Ifoedit?

How does this option work, if it's the indicated one?

I don't want to use the option "Create Ifos" because the subtitle colors appear green!

That site is lame as hell, donation required to even read its contents. Lame.

You can find the information you need here (http://ifoedit.wh.fr0zen.com/joinclip.html#joindbl).This site's contents are the same as the ones you can find in the site suggested by jesoonster, but without all the donation stuff (maybe it's a newer version).
However I suggest you to use the option "Create new IFOs" (I love it :D).
Here (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&postid=283424#post283424) you can find the solution for the green subtitles (by 2COOL)

Yes - and when joining vobs don't forget the trick:
Drag the progress window down so its nearly dissapeared below the task bar = 300% speed !
