Starwars : Cell dos not have a scene dummy cell

Trying to do a 1:1 on star wars episode1 R2.

5 VTS, several title each time and 2 angles on the main movie.

Here the error I get on compiling :
Error 'Cell:"1-1-cell"PGC:<1-1_1-pgc> (Title:<Title_1> VTS:<VTS_1>) ' does not have a scene. (Dummy Cell)
Error 'Cell:"VTS_01_PGC_09_1 - 0xE0 -__2"PGC:<PGC_9> (Title:<Title_1> VTS:<VTS_1>) ' does not have a scene. (Dummy Cell)

... several others removed

Error PreCheck From DB failed
Error DVD files could not be created

Does anyone can point me on the right direction ?

No ones ?

Removed all other VTS, just keep the main movie to test.
Redo from scratched the project.
Same.
Check chaptors : all in the movie time, and none less 0,4 sec.

Any help ??
