cce 2.50 and 5.02 divx codec problem

i'm trying to encode a 5.02 divx movie to mpeg2
using cce 2.50 by itself
no programs serving to it cuz i want more than 1 pass

makes the vaf file without a problem
but when it begins to encode the mpv file
it just hangs
any known problems of cce 2.50 not reading 5.02 properly?

i figured it out on my own how to make cce read 5.0.2 codec movies
without frameserving to it
