Second-Pass problem

Hi, first post here ^_^, didn't happen to see a nandub forum so i guessed i could just use this.

I am having a problem making the second pass, i have done this before with one short video (~1.40) and now i'm trying it with a longer one (~25 mins) and i got the first pass and the stats file to work fine, but it freezes when i try to start the second pass. This happens both ways, doing them all at once and seperate.

Any help, tutorial, FAQ, whatever would be great thanx.
