Hi!
For some reason, I'm unable to rip a movie with subtitles. They are ripped, but not encoded in the final video. What am I doing wrong??

I believe the answer is you are not creating images. You must use VCXbuild to create the bin/cue files and then burn them.
Unless you are using permement subtitles that are actually encoded into the video stream.

Look in the subtitle tab, tell me what is the PAL Y-pos and the NTSC Y-Pos ?

Try using the preview to position the subs.

@markrb : yes, I am using permanent subtitles

@dvd2svcd : 0 in both

Ok, I set the Y-pos to -1, hopefully it'll work. Thanks a lot!

A value of 0 (because of a bug somewhere) means that the subs will not be shown. So setting it to -1 should do the trick. May I ask why you had a 0 in the fields?
