Deinterlace?

I have got this which looks like lines running horizontal around the blue lights it's more visable in playback.

I tried fast & field deinterlace none fixed this.

I don't see any problem with that picture!
If you insist there is a problem, if the "deinterlace (blend)" filter of VirtualDub doesn't fix it, nothing can fix it I suppose.
