Smartripper & DVD Decrypter together; a question

Is it possible to select a complete DVD backup as source from harddisc in DVD Decrypter?

I always rip my DVDs on HD (with SR backup mode) and then I´m using Smartripper to extract the PGC where I want.

So is it possible to use DVD Decrypter for this procedure?

The way in which DVD Decrypter works means that it can only read from a physical / virtual dvd drive.
It works at sector level (like all the normal cd backup utils) and not at file level like most other rippers. Its tight integration to this way of working makes it very hard for me to get it to do anything else and to be honest, I dont think it is worth it.
ISO mode essentially does the same thing (if not more) than your typical 'backup' method. Using this will enable you to continue to use DVD Decrypter even when you no longer have the disc.
Extracting a PGC to a different location is not a problem.

erm...which part of my post didnt you understand?!

It will only read from physical / virtual dvd drives.
If you read the original dvd to an iso image, then yeah, you'll be able to use dvd dec. If not, and you just have the vob files, no you wont.
