How to make permanent avs script file ?

:confused: Hi folks
Is it possible to make a permanent avs script file for dvd2svcd ? Because it's quite boring to key-in script in Frameserver->Edit the Avisynth script file->edit as part of video encoding.
So, Is there any solution ?:confused:

I'm using dvd2svcd 1.09b3, and it's a great software among this domain. I have read readme text file several times and edit dvd2svcd.ini just followed the instruction again & again. But could not get the right consequence in AviSynth_Script_file.avs. I am confused by some words "Filters are added after the filters controlled by DVD2SVCD (like deinterlace and Telecine filters) but before the addborders command". There are tree section in .ini file(Settings,Executables,Folders). Where should I put my script in ? I just don't get it. Perhaps I put the scripts in the wrong place. So, could you kind to give me some hint. Thanks.

I must say I have no idea what you are asking about.
If you want to learn about the avs file I suggest reading the Avisynth forum as they deal solely with this one piece.

Right now there is no way to make one avs file. You must edit it each time. For the most part DVD2SVCD will create it for you. The editing is intended only for advanced users.

It is a bit beyond the scope of this forum to teach how to write an avisynth file. Like I said above you would be better off in the avisynth forum and maybe some avisynth websites. For the most part anything you can do to a standard avisynth file you can do in DVD2SVCD. Have a look at this site and see if it helps you http://www.videotools.net/uk/index.php

If you are asking when to edit the file. Then simply click on the frameserver tab and there you will see the option to edit the avisynth file either right after DVD2AVI is finished or right before the video encoding. When this point arrives a screen pops up with the script ready to be edited. Simply edit it, close it and continue.
