I have created a movie, Flash Gordon DVD, and my final movie is flipped. How can I fix that without have to do the 2-pass encode and what I did wrong to make the movie flipped???

Fix: Use Zoomplayer. There is a setting that you can use to flip the video during playback.
Why: No idea, but I think it is something that can happen spontaneous when you happen to use the wrong combination of resolution/codec/player/videodriver. Did you change anything lately, i.e. new version of XviD or ffdshow or video driver for you graphics card?

The 'flip'-option can also be found in Direct Vobsub. The only times I've seen this though is when I've used a strange resolution. Whats your res. on this rip?

No problem with VobSub. I have checked the flipped movie option. This only happens on the movie created with Gordian 0.26. I have used DivX3 and 536x240. One thing is strange. Using MEdia Player, RAD PLayer... this movie, only this movie created with Gordian, appears flipped, but if I open the movie on VirtualDub it show normal.

Try using a res thats MOD 32, some graphic adapters have difficulties with <> MOD 32.

few months ago....i use sasami2k to play my divx and there's a shortcut to flip the movie (i think it's Alt+F10) - but this problem will disappear after a fresh reboot...is there a better explanation for this? what type of vidcard has problem displaying res that's not within <> MOD 32?

Hi-
Good call Swede. And his isn't even Mod16, but only Mod8. spawnerlista, I recommend resetting the W-Modul in GKnot's Resolution Tab to its default 32, but at least to 16. It has nothing to do with GKnot but the resolution you chose.

Well xox, whatever card that spawnerlista is using.:) Maybe he'll tell us. But I wouldn't be surprised if it happens to a bunch of them when the horizontal res is only Mod8.
