Can I change Ifo to start movie with ID 2

Is it possible to edit the Ifo file to start a movie playing on ID 2 instead of ID 1. It would then play ID1 after ID 2. How can I do this?

The movie I ripped contains ID #'s 1 & 2 in vts_01_1...7. The start of the movie is actually ID #2 in vts_01_4. After I ripped/stripped/VTS Sectors, etc the movie starts playing on ID #1 in vts_01_1 instead of ID#2 in vts_01_4. The vts_01_0 PGC 1 shows the movie uses VOB ID's 1,2. Originally it showed VOB ID's 2,1.

I'm almost 99% certain taht you cannot change first PGC to point to a vob id. Whatever you're thinking it won't work.
