wrong length after splitting with nandub

i had a search ..but nothing matched, after backing up a dvd in gknot using 2 cds , i try and split the avi in nandub (following the guides on here) they look fine after splitting but i noticed that the avi length is longer (in time) on the original???

:o whoops maybe i should of waited a bit before posting that :D i just re-joined the files and everythings honkey dory ...i take it, it's because of the keyframes. :p
