hiya can anyone tell me why when i split a avi file in nandub the files end up larger grrrr? thanks i choose direct stream copy n all that thw whole avi is 1.39 gig when i split 1 half is 693mb and the other 737mb lol derrrrr

Most likely your problem is in your intrepretation of the actual file size. First off, you have two different size formats, you have MB and GB. As you said, the size before the split is 1.39GB. Your two file sizes are 693 and 737 MB, add these together and you get 1430MB. Note that this is NOT 1.43GB. You would have to divide by 1024 to get your GB size. 1430/1024 is 1.39GB.
Essentially, all that you need to do is choose a split point a little further into your movie. One option is use AVISPLIT which can be found on the DOOM9 download page. Another option would be in Nandub to choose 'SAVE SEGMENTED AVI' and set your split point for 700MB.
