Final Size

Why the Hell is the Final Size of the movies so different to the size I want? I have decoded 3 films and want as filesize 795mb ... the first movie: YEAH: exactly 795mb!! The Second movie .. shit -- why the hell has it only 705mb ... and the 3rd movie .... 778mb -- not so bad, but also ... u know!
So plz tell me what exactly I have to do to get them 790 - 795 mb .... and not 100mb less!"
