I just saw a thread started by Nitrogen in site virtualdub.everwicked.com , category General Discussion aboout different versions of Virtualdub. Guess what: there is a version with better sync capabilities and at the same time with timing capabilities. So it's the known Virtualdub_Sync plus timing features. Of cource the download site is in German and there is little documentation given.
One thing i would like to ask about usual virtualdub is: what do you people user in "Capture Setting" for
1)Video buffer limit
2)Audio buffer limit
3) Audio budder size
4) Do you lock video stream to audio?
I found somewhere for (3) that if 16 bit,stereo is selected put audio buffer size to 36000 elseif 16 bit,mono is selected put value of 18000.
