How to delete false entries ?

when i make a dvd with the main movie and the menu , works fine.
But if it was a DVD 9 with bonus , i always have the button to click on.
I play this disc in my set top DVD player , these buttons make the disc freezes.
I must de-activate these buttons , how can I do this with Ifo edit ?

the VOB navigation pack

Id like to get to the point where we can edit the menu and actually delete the unused buttons as well. I know this can be done now but it is far from a simple task.

I would love to know how to do this as well. Tryed using VOBEDIT but I am having trouble determining what VOB navigation pack matches up with each button.
