tmpgenc - avisynth problem

tmpgenc v2.58 plus is not able to open my .avs file.

.avs file:
unalignedsplice(avisource("video1.avi"), avisource("video2.avi"))

error:
"...unsupported..."

windows media player and virtualdub are able to open the .avs file.

tmpgenc is able to open each .avi file though.

just wondering if any has had this problem or has a correction for it.

Open the environmental settings, VFAPI tab and give "AVI VFW compatibility Reader" the highest priority. Just had to hunt down that info myself :)
