the dvd has 2 sets of english subtitles. Normal and for the hearing impaired (which are really annoying). I have english selected as my primary subtitles source and dvd2svcd keep choosing the subtitles for the hearing impaired. How do I get the subtitles I want? there doesn't seem to be a menu to let you preview and pick.
