Extracting DTS

Hi!

Whatever I do do I can't extract a DTS file from my dvd movies! I can get any DD file with no problem but whenever I try to extract a DTS file i wait for the whole ripping proccess to finally get a 0kb file!
Is there any way to do it?
If so is the muxing process like muxing any other DD Ac3 file (simple nandub job?)

I will be happy for some of your suggestions
