file getting bigger after using cce

After doing a 3 pass with a max. of 4000 min. of 0 and an average of 2000, my 1.62 GB file turned into a 1.88 GB file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. sorry for double posting but i never got an answer at the other thread. (yes i did do a search for the answer and the guy that was having this problem was using 2000 as a minimum).

Not to answer mostly has the meaning of not knowing an answer to the problem.

If you don't provide any specific infos about your settings, involved programs, source material and some more, none is able to give any sort of good help.
