chapter split with smartripper

Used smartripper to m2v and ac3 monster inc worked fine no probs in spruce up. However tried to do the same with black hawk down and found out the m2v + ac3 was over 4.3gig, so i tried to rip first 14 track m2v +ac3 used spruce worked fine. Problems start when ripping chapters 15 to end to m2v + ac3 says complete but when imported into spruce says bad media? not sure why can preview movie in spruce but looks like it will not import the ac3 sound file.

any help ???

Why not split by chapter rather than by stream ?

use Ifoedit to create new ifos, then burn.

That way, you don't lose any quality.
