possible command line version of ifoedit in the future

I wrote Derrow requesting that at some point a version of ifoedit and vobedit be made that would be capable of being integrated into other projects out there. Thankfully he was very receptive to the idea but noted that it would be some time away.

Hopefully this will bring us one step closer to a all in one package with the power of ifoedit and vobedit.

Just want to get everyone elses opinion.

To the only other person that voted, any comments on why you think ifoedit should not be integratable? It is a great and powerful tool but many people, including myself, find many of the options confusing. I have spent considerable time trying to learn all of the tools here and have hardly scratched the surface. Many people hate the idea of making tools easier to use because they feel special because they can use them. However, there is no technical reason that a very easy to use tool could not be made that integrates the power of many of the tools here. Imagine one tool that rips the dvd, then plays the vobs 1 by 1, asking you if you want to keep each one. Say no and its deleted (ie, it plays the warning, you select NO, and its gone) and the ifo file is automatically updated. Want to update the menu, either edit it in the program (this may be very challenging to program) or help you export it to be edited and then import it again.

Indeed there should be something done, to make it all possible.
But right now, I'm absolutly to busy to implement command line-options.
It will take at least until chrismas before I can start with that.

Derrow, that is faster than I could possibly hope for. Your work on ifoedit is just amazing. Again, keep up the great work! We are all VERY thankful for the hard work you put in for all of us.

I would just like to add a note of thanks for all your hard work Derrow. While an integrated program would be fantastic, as I am a lazy old dog, Without the power of IfoEdit, VobEdit etc we would all be stuck. Thanks.
