Hi Guys, can you please help me about Nandub?
First of all, I make my divx movies with Nandub, HeadAc3he(audio), Vfapi and Dvd2avi. I use the 2-pass encoding (Shift+F8) but when I would like to re-encode the vobs for a second time (..smaller/bigger size) do I have to use the 2-passes again?
Do I have to wait for another couple of hours (e.g 12h)? Can I use the stats file to anything?

Hi-
If by bigger/smaller size you mean larger/smaller file size or higher/lower bit rate, then no problem using the first pass .stats file.
If by bigger/smaller size you mean increasing/lowering the resolution, then there may be a problem. It might be OK for a very small increase/decrease in resolution (debatable), but for a big change, I'd suggest redoing the whole thing.
And to cut down a bit on the encoding time, you might think about frameserving with an .avs instead of a VFAPI.

I mean Bigger/Smaller size. I want to re-rip the whole movie so it can fit to 1 or 2 cds after the first dissapointing file-size. This propably, will occur to a change of resolution. What actions I have to take in order to achieve the maximum-size?
So, for example I ripped Matrix2 in 2 cds but I would like to do it again only in 1 cd.How the stats can help me?
I think there are in SBC Settings -> Bitrate Curve.
But here is the question. Do I have to re-rip it all over again e.g for 12 hours?
Please?

Why don't you read nandub options explained?
This is a very basic question that shows me you didn't (forum rule n. 1: read the guides, use the search).
EVERYTHING that changes compressability (different resolution, other filters,...) requires to do a full 2pass.
everything that changes the desired bitrate curve for 2nd pass obviously just needs another second pass.
