I've used the guide on this site to split a dvd-9 to two dvd-5's. Followed it word for word. Then I go into Nero burning rom (newest version that is out) and select make DVD From DVD Video Files. Drag and drop my files into nero then click on burn. Here is the messages I get:

DVD-Video files reallocation started
File size is not a multiple of a logical block size (2KB)
DVD-Video files reallocation failed.

Does anyone know what I have to do to get this to work for me??

thanks

You need to follow this guide:
http://mpucoder.kewlhair.com/Derrow/nero.html

Basically you are selecting the wrong type of DVD.

You must select the last choice (UDF/ISO DVD ROM)
Then just drag & drop the VIDEO_TS (has to be upercase), click on burn, et voila !
