Does anyonw knw anything about pulsent. They make some very big claims on their website.

Its aparently object based video coding. Whatever the heck that is ! :confused:

I see it a lot of months ago. I think nothing is changed. They claim to have a real power object codec oriented.
We'll see. At this moment we have only words, no shots or anything else.

It will probably turn out like the folks at www.truvideo.com and their matching-pursuits codec. Sounds great until you actually look at the output..

it will be in hardware and it won't be out till 2k3. I asked them for a review copy when they made the first press release and that's what I was told.
