How to encode AVI to MPEG2 in Premiere 6.01 with plugin CCE SP 2.64.01.02 ?

Where can I find good gide for 2 pass method for CCE plugin?

i dont think you can do multiple passes with the plugin, need the standalone version.

Actually, you can do multi-pass encoding from premiere to cce plug-in...you just can't do audio with it. Just turn off the audio in the output settings and you're good to go.

I would like to see a guide using Premier and Media studio plugins tried everywhere and cannot find

basically I want to do Camcorder DV footage to MPEG2 via the timeline, which I am currently doing, but some of the settings in CCE are beyond me,

I have got most of the guides for dvd encoding but they all are guides for doing it in 2 streams (not required)

I am using CCE 2.66 and the frame server from videotools -- but getting a guide of any sort for PS encoding is proving difficult
I realise encoding this way produces a larger file size but the does not bother me, as most of my video footage is less than an hour long any way

so come on guys either a guide -- or a bit of help with the settings please
