Thanks to all your education, I've managed to port Border Control to Avisynth.

Its not for you clever types but it is useful for us foot soldiers ;)

Thanks to everyone making their source available - I had real fun trying to work out how to get parameters into the filter - I even had to get out a C++ book and read about these new-fangled Class thingies - yuk :p

Latest version available via my site - its faster and should look nicer on interlaced material.

Great work - great tool. Beats using Layer with imported bitmaps :)

Keep up the good work and give us more of those "nice-to-have" filters :)
