This kind of question doesn't belong to the advanced forum. I don't think it belongs to the basic forom either, because it is quite to easy...
Anyway, here's the solution:
-Klick on the brown 'DVD2SVCD Advanced Topics' some centimeter up from here
-In the appearing list of topics there is one named 'Modification and optimization of robshot method and its possible use with DVD2SVCD' at the top
-Klick this topic and you have found it.

Come on, this is slightliy unfair. I am for days trying to figure out what the robshot method is all about. The sticky doesn't really help. It assumes you know the robshot method and changes it into the roba method. While I was able to learn by reading how to do SVCDs with chapters and two languages step by step (without dvd2svcd), this sticky beats me. It assumes to much knowledge on the part of the reader, at least as far as I am concerned. So perhaps it is a sensible question to ask for a good primer on the robshot or roba method. This of course should be linked in the basic forum, which is where this whole thread belongs.
