I converted a sound track from a movie from 192kbit to 128kbit
But when i compare these two, the new mp3 is stretched(in playtime 100:21 instead of original 100:12).
I also tried to fix the mp3 first with besplit and then transcode, but with the same result.

Any Idea??

Here ist the log:

what are you using to see the audio length? (I ask because WiMP has a tough time with VBR files)

From your log(thanks for posting it btw) I see that the length should be 1:48:01:868=108m 1.868s, which is neither 100 min 12 sec nor 100min 21 sec.

May be it's because of BeSweet.
Try encoding directly in RazorLame (save to a different directory)

Tried razorlame with lame 3.92> exactly same result

its really crazy ,with other files transcoding works, but not with this one.

i guess you extraced the file from avi ? in that case, when remuxing you need to assert the delay again..

I just remuxed the audio track twiceand now it is synch.
D'ont know why it worked this time.

But relly confusing that they have different length
