Buffer allocate error flashing my pioneer dvr104 with 1.31 version, any help ?

Please help i did a cd bootable with all the needed files, everything is ok until i run the UPGDVD.EXE in dos mode, it shows me the message buffer allocate error, any suggestions and/or instructions?
It's important to know that i dont use floppy anymore because my floppy is damaged so i only have cd drives, is there any solution that can be followed with my dvd/cd drives?

I can't get upgdvd.exe working either. I had to use the older "dvr103.exe" for my A03.
Maybe there's also an older working tool for A04.

I've proved the pioneer tool and it doesn't recognize the update, any help please?
