the manual for DVDMaestro is on the CD in pdf, it is also duplicated almost word for word (and picture for picture) in the help file.

I would love to get a copy of either that pdf or help file. I have a copy of DVDMaestro, but it does not have either included. I don't have the CD and I understand it's no longer available.

If anyone could suggest anything, I would surely appreciate it.
