is there anyway to convert to ogg to wav im getting tmpgenc errors "acm couldnt be initialized" when i used ogg sound file.

Use winamp with disk writer (or wave) output
(maybe also besweet)

Winamp requires a plugin for OGG playback, I think V3 comes with it, older versions you would need to install it.

Probably easiest way is to use OGGDropXPd from http://www.inf.ufpr.br/~rja00/ogg.html
