tmpgenc mpeg-2 problem

What does it mean "unless you live in the future"?
How do I keep the mpeg-2 feature past the 30 days? I put my date ahead before downloading and using tmpgenc and then put the time back but it still counts down the 30 days, What do I do?

I woukd be glad to, I was just confused by the comment after the download link on this forum

TMPGEnc 2.57 - note: MPEG-2 support expires after 30 days unless you live in the future ;)
I will look in the program for purchasing info.
