Inserting chapters in CCE

If I insert chapters in CCE, then encode to M2V, Maestro doesn't recognise the chapters that I've set. I'm doing home movies so Chapter Xtractor is out obviously. The only other way is to put then in in Maestro, but i find CCE easier. Is there a way to get Maestro to recognise the chapter points?

the chapters you put in CCE were only to make a I Frame appear in the right spot.
