Hi !
I'm looking for a Mpeg2 capture device (PCI/FW/USB) wich hold the original TimeCode in the Mpeg2 file produced.
I'm using à Dazzle DVC2 and the TC in the Mpeg2 file always start at zero .... like many cards. I need to encode the same movie on differents tapes, with the same TC but in differents languages !
For less than 1000$ ?
