View Full Version : CCE error using robshot error - was there a solution ?

Read the thread on the RoBa dvd2svcd beta. I got the CCE error when attempting the second stage (multipass VBR).

This error was discussed in the thread, but I could not find the solution. Anyone know what it is.
I am using cce 2.5 under windows 2000. And was transcoding an NTSC movie.

Think I found the "bug".

In the first pass the "Fieldtopfirst" is not set, and then in the second pass it is set. This causes the checksum error.

This would explain why it works for some people and not others, as the "bug" would be source dependant. (It should be set in both passes for my test source)
