I know i can make the same thing with tmpgenc but the file (mpeg) made by CCE seem to be smaller (ko) then ones made by tmpgenc.....

can you help me?

I don't know how dvd2svcd does it or whether cce is used. You might want to try the mjpegtools method (use vcdeasy as a frontend) or the freeware Philips VCD toolkit ...

DVD2SVCD use VCDEasy to do that. It's under the "Tools" section of VCDEasy (NOTES: older version of VCDEasy doesn't have this capability).

No, dvd2svcd does not use VCDEasy at all!

Why internal ofcourse. What on earth made you think and postulate that dvd2svcd was using VCDEasy?!?

D2S uses the AVISYNTH script. Look for TitlePicture.Bmp.Avs file in your D2S ripped folder.
