Im trying to encode 1 video, 2 audio, and a Srt stream into OGM.
When i tried to mux the OGM with OggMux it gave me a file over 2gb. The video was really weird and I could see part of the bottom on the top of the video, also I couldn't seek using chapters it would just crash. I know there is a problem creating files over 2gb and I read one of Koepi's post that said OggMuxer doens't rely on DSfilters so I decided to use it. It great and it produces a very nice ogm, the only problem is that only half of the ogm is created .
Also is there a way to add chapters to the OGM after it is created?

Hi
What do you mean by "only half of the ogm is created"?
Does the process ended at 50% (with error ot warning messages ?), or does the process reached 100%, everything seemed OK (no special messages) but the ogm doesn't contain the whole thing ?
What are the sizes of all your input files, and what is the size of the output ogm (and how long lasts the ogm file)?
At least is the ogm, even incomplete, good (i.e. no part of the video lacking, no problem with audio synchronisation, ...) ?
If your AVI file is too large there may be problems, because OGMuxer uses AVILib which shouldn't be able to handle too large AVI files (it seems the limit is a bit below 2GB - it's mentionned in the txt file that comes with OGMuxer).
And how long lasts the video (it may be important too since I saw posts concerning problem using ogm files with long video) ?
One more question : does the AVI only contains video, or also one (or more) audio stream ?
Sorry for all those questions at a time but it could help me understand what went wrong.

THe commandline prompt stops marking the percentage after about 10%. THen it just stops, no actual percentage listed. It creates a good OGM that I can watch, but It only makes it like 1:40 mins into the movie. It does have Synch audio (both streams), video, and subs! THe whole movie lasts about 3 hours with 45 seconds. The input avi might be the problem then. It's 2.1 GB.

So the AVI must be the problem.
However you are lucky here because in a test I made with a 2.2GB AVI file, the process didn't even start.
BTW when you say "1:40 mins" you mean 1 hour and 40 minutes (thus the "only half of the ogm is created"), and not 1 minute and 40 seconds ?

Yes I mean 1 hour and 40 mins. After reading my post again even I was confused :o
Update: I found after some close testing that the video stops at 2 hours and 10 seconds, but the audio continue.

Hi
I posted a new version of OGMuxer that should be able to handle >2GB AVI files.
If you want you can try and see if it works (you will certainly have to cut it after because it seems that OggDS have problems with >2GB files anyway).
