View Full Version : DVD-Decrypter and Cell-IDs of a menu-vob

Just a small feature request:
vstrip can split a menu-vob by cell-ids offering all pages of a menu as separate files, making a menu-transcode easier.

Since I prefer DVDDecrypter for the fact it is much easier in handling and looks even better, I'd love to see this feature in DVD-Decrypter, best in ifo-mode.

Would be a great help for the CLX-M project!

Just wanted to ask again if it would be possible to have this in DVD-Decrypter in IFO-mode. By splitting the menu into it's different parts on ripping, I don't have to split later on manually, much easier this way.

Thanks
Raist

P.S. If it's again the case, that the feature is already there (like angle-processing), I want to apologize in advance.

HeHe, its ok...this one isnt in there. :)

I cant think of a nice way to implement it right now, so for the moment I'll just add it to the future 'to do' list.

I guess it would be nice to make it optional for IFO-mode, with a check-box in "options"-dialog. Enabling this check-box would result in menu-parts ripped to the hd separately, named like all other files including cell-IDs, eg "vts_01_cell_1_0".

Thanks for adding it to "Todo-list"
