chapters?

hey guys,

i'm copying a dvd-9 dvd to dvd-r using the DVD-9 to DVD-5 "full copy" instructions en the Getting the best out of CCE guides..

the thing is both guides do chapters in a different way and now i dont know what to do...

DVD 2 DVD-r deals with the actual position of the chapters in the authoring programm while Getting the best ... guide makes sure that there is an I frame in the actual position in the m2v stream that can much up the chapters in the authoring prog.

Theory says that an authoring prog cannot put a chapter point anywhere else but in a I-frame.
